Good ol Health Kick

Your health comes first! If your not healthy then your on the wrong track. I'm not saying you have to be like a health nut everyday, but atleast eat friut or veggie every other day or substitute it for a sugary snack at lunchtime even drink a healthy drink. No, no, no you can make great choices on your own and many people are trying to lose weight for summer right now too. Skipping out on fried foods and substituting them for baked foods is a start, cutting back on fast foods and cooking at home is second. I bet you didn't realize walking from your car to your job, walking around your job, and even chasing your children around the yard and house is exercise. Don't forget that large piece of cake you've hidden from your kids isn't gonna hurt because it will. Try new things fruits and veggies won't hurt you at all they actually help balance alot of things going on in your body like metabolism, fats, acids, electrolytes, your heart, your brain, cholesterol, blood pressure, ect.
