Candy is not good for you that's what they say. But you know and know that kids cant stay away. It gives the kids a sugar rush, kids jumping around. That's a big no no in my book. If you feed them more home cooked meals that her good for there health. Most of the time the kids are not going to think about candy, and sweets. Their going to be asking what's for dinner and not can I have soda, candy, cup cakes etc.. The more we let our children know that all that sweet stuff can be good but the after look is not always good.
