Fajita?

So how did this come about for Chef Tibbs. Im in school at LeCole and it was finals week things are going well; until we had to come with our own menu for our class. We was going to set everything up like a buffet. So I was thinking if what dish I was going to bring to the table. So Chef Tibbs came up with Chicken Fajita Egg Rolls. Yes there was something that went wrong. We had no egg rolls wrappers in the school. But I was smart I ask if we had some wonton wrappers. The day came and here I go, wish me luck. I got all my mise en place together and I began my work. Chicken, peppers, onions, salt and pepper, egg wash, and last but not least my wonton wrappers. And know here what I have.....
