Fried Rice

Panda Express has some great food. But sometimes there rice is a little dry. Maybe because of how long it get left out, because its on a buffet line up. But there is nothing like making your own fried rice. Not saying that all the time there rice is no good or even fresh. So with that being said I went over to my friends house and he was cooking some fried rice. Before I could even try it, I knew it was good. From how it smell, and look. It was good ol ham fried rice. Man I had a spoon full of that rice and I was in love. I called it Dre Dre's rice. But he is known by Taylor'd Chef and for me his rice was better and fresher.
